If this has gone on for some time then you would be seeing an obvious weight loss.  If tube feeding is not working the physician may suggest Total Parenteral Nutrition.  TPN is a total nutrient equivalent that is given to patient&#039;s if their gut is not absorbing the proper nourisment.  See a physician for further questions.</description>
