Because of certain things, it seems worse now. It is all about human rights really. You cannot put to death those who murder and rape simply because some people think it's wrong. The punishment for these horrific crimes seem to be a slap in the hand many times, so there is really nothing that shows criminals that this behavior will not be tolerated. You stick them in prison where they get fed daily, free medical care and and other comforts, for what, for murdering and raping children. That is sick, they are sick, and why waste taxpayers money by keeping them around, I say send them to the gallows. I’m sure it has always been this way. Because of certain things, it seems worse now.
