where can I find information on existing public services for a site I am planning to buy?









The site is based in the London Borough of Lewisham. The existing public services I plan to investigate on are Water, Drainage Electricity, Gas, Telephone and fire services

    ask a conveyance solicitor who will get a copy of info from the local council this will also show any works planned for the immediate future… i think i understand your q……………..

    You could pay a lawyer to do the research for you, but it is not that difficult to do yourself, although you will have to contact various different agencies. I’m not quite sure why you need to investigate fire services, though, as this is a general emergency service.

    Details of water and drainage can be obtained from the Council.

    Details of electricity can be obtained from the local supplier for the LBC.

    Details of gas can be obtained from Transco.

    And details of the telephone can be obtained from BT.
