		<description>You could pay a lawyer to do the research for you, but it is not that difficult to do yourself, although you will have to contact various different agencies. I&#039;m not quite sure why you need to investigate fire services, though, as this is a general emergency service.

Details of water and drainage can be obtained from the Council.

Details of electricity can be obtained from the local supplier for the LBC.

Details of gas can be obtained from Transco.

And details of the telephone can be obtained from BT.</description>
