How To Fit Ceiling Cladding

If you need help with installing PVC ceiling cladding, then look no further – in this article we’ll outline the basic steps you need to take to create a seamless ceiling cladding installation!

How to install ceiling cladding

To install your PVC ceiling panels, follow these steps:

  1. First, measure the total area of the ceiling so that you can figure out how many cladding boards you will need.
  2. Use a pencil to mark on the boards where you will need to cut them.
  3. Cut your cladding boards where you have marked. If you’re using a handsaw, you will need to cut with the decorative side facing up; if you’re using a jigsaw, cut the boards with the decorative side facing down.
  4. Measure and cut away any areas where your ceiling lights will need space. Do this by measuring the diameter of the light fixture and using a circular saw to cut the panels as needed.
  5. Apply your adhesive to the back of the cladding panels in a zig-zag pattern and affix them to the ceiling.
  6. Finally, install the finishing trims – you can view how to do this in our full installation guide

And just like that, your ceiling will be looking brand new with our PVC panelling!
