The DekDrain slot drain is a suitable for use pedestrian areas since it is rated up to class A15. The stainless steel raised edge on this channel allows it to be installed mostly underground with only the top surface of the edge being left visible from above.
This essentially allows the slot drain to be used as a hidden channel drain, which is becoming a more and more popular option on modern properties. The drain overall is 170mm high, with the channel being 84.5mm high and upstand 87mm high.
DekDrain slot drains are manufactured in an ovoid shape which helps to improve water flow through the system and reduces the risk of blockages as well as cleaning and maintenance requirements.
